Abstract
The use of combined modality therapy(irradiation and combinations of drugs) in the treatment of Hodgkin¡¯s disease and non-Hodgkin¡¯s lymphoma has produced a sigaificant improvement in survival, during which most patient lead an active and productive life. There is little doubt that at the present, there is an increased reporting of acute nonlymphocytic leukemia(ANLL) in patients with Hodgkin¡¯s disease but rare in non-Hodgkin¡¯s disease. We have presented 1 such case of well differentiated lymphosarcoma which later developed acute myelogenous leukemia(AML) and have reviewed recent literature concerning this condition.
